Please help us with this mission by following our rules and guidelines while on the property.

These rules are designed to promote a safe, enjoyable, and responsible experience for all attendees while minimizing liability risks for the venue.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, ejection from the venue, or legal action, depending on the severity of the infraction.

• No Unauthorized Entry: Attendees must enter through designated entrances only. Trespassing on restricted areas of the venue, including backstage and production areas, is strictly prohibited.

• *Brodazoffa Sound Garden is an (18) adult venue. Any attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Some Dogs Allowed: Bring your dog at your own risk. Only dogs with highly responsible owners will be allowed to stay. If you aren’t sure if you should bring your dog, you probably shouldn’t.

• Respect those around you: Be aware of others personal space. Be kind. Be peaceful. Those involved in fights on the property may be asked to leave depending on the severity of the disagreement.

• Camping Regulations: Camp only in designated camping areas. Attendees must adhere to campsite boundaries and not encroach upon neighboring campsites. Tents and camping equipment must be set up safely and securely.

• Alcohol and Substance Use: Consumption of alcohol is only permitted for individuals of legal drinking age. Excessive consumption or public intoxication will not be tolerated. Anyone under 21 caught drinking will be forced to Uber off the premises at their own expense.

• Emergency shelter available: All shows proceed rain or shine in a large tent. In case of emergency weather events, shelter is available.

• Noise Levels: Respect quiet hours to ensure minimal disruption to neighboring campers and wildlife. Excessive noise, including amplified music, is not permitted during designated quiet hours.

• Trash Disposal: Keep the venue and camping areas clean by properly disposing of trash and recyclables in designated bins. Littering is unacceptable and may result in ejection from the venue. Please do not dispose of the following items in our trash:
  • -propane tanks
  • -hypodermic needles
  • -batteries
  • -any explosives
  • -card board can be burned on fire pits

• Respect for Nature and Farm Crops: Protect the natural environment by avoiding damage to vegetation, wildlife, and natural resources. Attendees should stay on designated paths and refrain from littering or disturbing wildlife.

• Stay Out of the Barn and other buildings: Stay in the designated outside camping, parking, or music areas.

• Security and Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. Lock valuables in vehicles. The venue is not liable for lost or stolen items.

• Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, promptly notify venue staff or security personnel for assistance. Familiarize yourself with the location of first aid stations and emergency exits upon arrival. The Brodazoffa is not liable for any injuries.

• Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All attendees must comply with local laws, venue regulations, and directives from venue staff and security personnel. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the venue and possible legal consequences.

• Contracted parties for each event are monetarily responsible to the attendees, bands, and vendors: The Brodazoffa only provides the location and is not in charge of the event planning, purchasing, or booking for the event.
