Heidi Aderman works with creatives to bridge the gap between passion and sustainability in the music industry. Her work focuses on helping artists understand how mindset, strategy, and business decisions all play a role in building a long-term creative career.

The Brodazoffa has been working with Heidi since 2023 and many of the improvements we have implemented over the years started by examining the root of what has stopped us in the past. It wasn't always what we thought the issue was. With that knowledge we have accomplished more than we imagined. Now we are focused on how we can make even bigger things happen in our local music community.

At the Brodazoffa, we believe that strong creative communities thrive when artists support one another not only on stage but also in the practical side of building a career. Conversations like these monthly events have helped us and other musicians step back from the noise of the industry and think more intentionally about their path forward.
