Allee Rot is a balloon artist, visual artist, makeup artist, and self-proclaimed clown college reject who has been creating art for as long as she could coordinate her hands with whatever medium she could get her hands on. Creativity has always been second nature to her, and that passion has evolved into a wildly entertaining and unforgettable artistic experience.

During spooky season, Allee transforms into her alter ego, Sprinklez the Clown, performing as a haunt actress at Burial Chamber Haunted House in Neenah, Wisconsin. But when haunt season ends, Sprinklez escapes the haunted halls and takes her chaotic charm on the road, recruiting new followers into her infamous balloon animal cult.

Over the years, Allee has worked an incredible variety of events, bringing smiles, laughter, and slightly unhinged balloon creations everywhere she goes. From carnivals and birthday parties to farmers markets, company picnics, family events, and even punk and metal festivals, she has mastered the art of entertaining crowds from all walks of life.

Her artistic talents don’t stop with balloons. Allee has also spent several years developing her skills as a makeup artist and officially joined the makeup team at Burial Chamber Haunted House last year after completing multiple years of apprenticeship work. Her ability to blend visual storytelling, theatrical performance, and hands-on artistry makes her one of the most unique creators you’ll meet at the festival.
